The Mobility Cart Distribution Program, a collaborative effort by Pathways to Hope Africa and Mobility Worldwide, focuses on improving the lives of disabled individuals across Uganda. Inspired by Martin Akere from Soroti, who has dealt with mobility issues since birth, the program started with the distribution of 202 mobility carts, beginning in Soroti and spreading to other regions.
This initiative not only brings mobility aids to those in need but also celebrates community involvement and personal stories like Martin’s, which emphasize the widespread demand for such support.

The positive changes and ongoing community feedback inspire continued expansion and deeper impacts, highlighting Pathways to Hope Africa’s dedication to empowering more lives through improved mobility.
The Mobility Cart Distribution Program has helped transform the lives of many of its recipients, fostering hope and independence in communities so far served.
The overwhelming joy, hope, and excitement the program has brought to its recipients has inspired us to push on further to continue to reach even more individuals in need. With each cart we distribute, Pathways to Hope Africa hopes to continue addressing the broader need for mobility aids.
